Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Explore and develop new Channel partner.

- Well-known knowledge of LED wall, Audio, Video, control system solution and promote solution to channel partner.

- Collect and analyse market information and generate new sales opportunities.

- Work out win strategy and organize relevant resources to operate and manage sales projects and tenders.

- Channel partner management and development for focused customer group.

- Explore and develop consultant and contractor company to work out AV product solution for new coming project.

- Brand building in focused channel client.

- Plan, implement and enhance customer relationship and build up long-term strategic relationship with customers.

- Regularly review and report progress, obstacles, and opportunities to the management team.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, business, sales, marketing or a related field is desirable. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

- 2+ years of experience in Channel sales, sales manager or technical sales Roles, with a focus on LED wall, AV control system, Audio solution, Video and system integration with multi brand. (Candidates with limited experience will also be considered for the Channel Sales Executive role)

- Consistent skill in managing channel partners and promoting revenue growth.

- Channel management & development; Proven track record in sales and business development, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Deliver exceptional presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value and capabilities of our product solutions.

- Outstanding interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.

- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to detail.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

- Travel Requirements: Frequent (China)
