Join us for a culinary adventure at Odyssée where our team will amaze you with their contemporary French cuisine, refined service and carefully selected wine list. Located on the 101st floor of ICC, Odyssée is a brand-new fine dining destination offering intriguing French cuisine served against the backdrop of the Victoria Harbor view.
We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef
Salary and Benefits Package
• 21K-24K
• 6 -8 Days Off Per Month

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in kitchen with food production
• Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices, keeping the kitchen cleanliness.
• Responsible for hot and cold dishes
Job Requirements:
• vocational training in cuisine
• minimum 4 years’ experience in western kitchen
• Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants is preferred
• Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese
