Senior Buyer (Frozen Food)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of meat, seafood, and other food products for the company.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.

Negotiate contracts and secure the best terms to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

Monitor market trends to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to food safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, global food sourcing, or wholesale of meat and seafood products.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and import/export practices is a plus.
