Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties, e.g. answering phone calls and enquiries, greeting guests, courier arrangement, conference room booking arrangement,
- Assist with managing office supplies and consumables, stationery ordering, equipment maintenance, proper filing records and data entry.etc.
- Greet and acknowledge guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support / receptionist is an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Native Mandarin is an advantage
- Excellent telephone and reception skills and manner
- Good computer and MS skill – Word, Excel, Outlook, word-processing (both Chinese and English)
- Professional image, polite and tactful, offering distinct advantages.(A professional resume required)
