職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties, e.g. answering phone calls and enquiries, greeting guests, courier arrangement, conference room booking arrangement,
  • Assist with managing office supplies and consumables, stationery ordering, equipment maintenance, proper filing records and data entry.etc.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support / receptionist is an advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Native Mandarin is an advantage
  • Excellent telephone and reception skills and manner
  • Good computer and MS skill – Word, Excel, Outlook, word-processing (both Chinese and English)
  • Professional image, polite and tactful, offering distinct advantages.(A professional resume required)
