Job description

• Manage the centre to achieve objectives and targets in terms of teaching quality, service standards and retention rate;
• Oversee the centre performance and operation
• Perform administration and managerial duties
• Foster good customer relationship to maintain the sustainable growth of student numbers
• Understand the current education trends and systems;

Requirement

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in education/customer services/management role;
• Experience in managing an education centre or class teaching will be an advantage;
• Proactive, number sensitive, communicative and independent;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Centre Supervisor.
