Visual Merchandiser

• At least 3 years Visual Merchandising Experience
• Handbags/ Fashion Retail Chain

Reporting to Creative team, you will develop visual merchandising concepts and design the look and feel of all communications activities.   Responsibilities include proposing creative ideas for promotions, launches, store decorations and design,assist on production work of VM materials (including sourcing, organizing and distributing) and day-to-day merchandise presentation on store level. In keeping with the brand’s image, assist Marketing staff as required.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Art/ Visual Communication plus 3 years relevant experience in fashion retail chains
• Develop and implement visually appealing product displays and in-store layouts that align with the company's brand and marketing strategies
• Monitor and maintain store displays, ensuring they are well-stocked, clean and presentable at all times
• Provide guidance and training to store associates on best practices for visual merchandising
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas to continuously improve the in-store experience
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to track and analyse the performance of visual displays and make data-driven adjustments as needed
• With hands on experience in graphic design is a must
• Strong sense for merchandise presentation in handbag, passion in fashion and with a solid knowledge of color coordination
• Creative, outgoing, energetic personality and with strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated and self-managed, able to work independently and meet tight schedules
• A good team player with excellent organization skills, flexibility to deal with different parties
• Excellent Skills using Illustrator & Photoshop, also knowledge of Dreamweaver and Flash
• Candidate who has working experience in mainland China is advantage
• Traveling is required
