Full-Time Customer Services Representative 溜冰學校客戶服務員(全職)

Job Duties:

• Provide quality customer service in ice skating school counter;
• Daily co-ordination for lessons between coaches and students;
• Assist in overall planning and arrangement of skating lessons;
• Coordinate with customers and coaches about the arrangement of skating lessons;
• Handle customers' enquiries and enrollments;
• Responsible for ice rink daily operations and promotion events;
• Responsible for ice skating program promotions.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, customer services or sales experience is preferable;
• Ability to communicate with customers in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required;
• Able to multi-task;
• Professional customer service manners and results driven;
• Shifts are required;
• Immediate available is high preferred;
• Fresh graduate will be considered.

Benefits:

Incentive bonus $500 after probation

• 協助溜冰場及溜冰學校的日常運作；
• 為溜冰學校櫃檯提供優質的客戶服務；
• 協調客戶及溜冰教練的課程安排；
• 處理客戶查詢及報名；
• 協助統籌及安排溜冰課程及推廣活動；
• 協助溜冰場中的所有活動；
• 履行由公司分配的其他職責。

要求：
 

• Form 5 或以上，客戶服務經驗者優先；
• 需要基本的廣東話、英語和普通話溝通能力；
• 擅長溜冰者優先；
• 可立即上班者優先；
• 應屆畢業生亦可應徵。

薪金：

全職試用期後獎金$500
