System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support & maintenance including website, servers and network issue.
• Configure and maintain the IT-infrastructure
• Hardware and software installation for computer facilities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines is preferred
• At least 1-2 year relevant working experience on I.T support
• Experience on Windows 11, Active Directory and Office 365
• Experience on Cloud service such as Azure, AWS, Aliyun etc. is plus
• Knowledge in maintenance for Window servers and Linux servers is plus
• Experience on network setup and LAN/WAN technology is plus
• Self-motivated, work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsibilities may include outdoor work, on-call standby, and working outside of standard office hours.

Standard working hours are 5 days per week, with a daily schedule of 7 working hours exclusive of meal breaks. Actual hours of work will depend on the operational needs of the Department to which the Employee is assigned, are subject to change and may include 7 x 24 shift duties and/or work on Saturdays, Sundays & General Holidays.
