Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of sales and administrative support to sales department
- Responsible for sales order processing and following up to ensure the accuracy, including delivery arrangement, invoice issue
- Prepare sales reports and sales-related documents
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned from Supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years working experience in clerical and administrative works
- Experience in using SAP would be an advantage
- Passionate, efficient, and flexible
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- 5.5 days per week
