Senior Business Development Manager (Team Lead)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager (Team Lead) to join our growing team at Kuailu Technology (HK) Limited. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to help them achieve their sales targets
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients
6. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior business development or B2B sales management role, preferably in the technology industry
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
6. Degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
