Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the leasing and property management of projects
  • Formulate and execute strategies to maximize rental and yield
  • Formulate annual budgets and forecasts, manage costs and investment feasibility studies
  • Formulate and manage operation procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Manage new tenants' engagement, lease renewal and negotiation, tenancy agreement, takeover and handover of premises
  • Conduct regular leasing performance review
  • Conduct market research, analysis, cost benchmarking and oversee the P&L of the portfolios
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee renovation projects, repair and maintenance works

Requirements:

  • Degree in Estate Management or property related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years retail, commercial or residential leasing and property management experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical and marketing skills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong market sense
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
