About the role

Keywaves Limited is seeking a talented and dedicated piano tutor to join our team in Mid Levels Central and Eastern District. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced musician to share their passion for the piano and help our students of all ages and skill levels develop their musical abilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing one-on-one piano lessons to students, tailoring your teaching approach to their individual needs and goals
2. Designing and delivering engaging, structured lesson plans that foster a love of music and piano playing
3. Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their technical and performance skills
4. Collaborating with parents to ensure students receive the support and encouragement they need to excel
5. Maintaining accurate student records and communicating regularly with the Keywaves team
6. ABRSM preparation

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 1 years' experience teaching the piano, preferably to a range of ages and skill levels
2. Education in piano and a deep understanding of music theory
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient and nurturing teaching style
4. A passion for music education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
5. Familiarity with the local education system and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and resources
