Project Engineer 項目工程師 / Assistance Engineer 工程師助理

Package:
- Monthly Salary HKD 18,000 to 28,000
- 12 month basic salary + year-end performance bonus
- 5+1 days work, depends on project stage and actual requirement from time to time
- Bank Holiday
- 7 days basic annual leave

Responsibilities:
- Prepare shop drawing submission, equipment submission, method statement submission, other submission
- Monitor overall site activities (from pre-work site survey to test and commission to handover arrangement, etc.)       and liaise with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers, subcontractors throughout the whole project for    system design and installation design
- Provide technical management to clients and subcontractors to ensure all site installation works are complying      with contractual and statutory requirement
- Attend project meeting and site meeting
- Other relevant duties as assigned by senior or manager

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Building Services or related discipline) if perferred
- 2-3 years relevant working experience in MVAC services, fresh grad is also welcome
- Familiar with Chiller, BMS, Electrical or Air-Conditioning System is a plus
- Proficiency in PC knowledge including CAD / Microsoft Applications
- Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Initiative, independent, responsible and a good team player
- Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)

月薪：港幣 18,000 至 28,000 元

12個月基本薪金 + 年終績效獎金

職責：

-準備施工圖提交、設備提交、施工方案提交及其他相關提交文件

-監控整體現場活動（從前期現場勘查到測試與調試再到移交安排等），並在整個項目中與不同利益相關方（包括客戶、供應商、分包商）聯絡，負責系統設計和安裝設計

-為客戶和分包商提供技術管理，確保所有現場安裝工作符合合同和法定要求

-參加項目會議和現場會議

-執行上級或經理分配的其他相關職務

要求:
-工程相關文憑/學位（機械/樓宇設備或其他相關學科優先）

-2-3年相關 MVAC 服務工作經驗，應屆畢業生亦歡迎申請

-熟悉冷水系統、樓宇管理系統（BMS）、電氣或空調系統者優先

-熟練掌握電腦知識，包括CAD及Microsoft 應用程式

-良好的英語和粵語口語及書面能力

-主動獨立、負責任且具良好團隊合作精神

-持有建造業安全訓練證書（綠卡）
