Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive to join our Acquirer Operations team. In this role, you will be the key architect behind the growth and optimization of our payment partnerships. Your primary mission will be to deepen relationships with our payment partners, design impactful campaigns, and directly contribute to our company's revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

    Partnership Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key payment partners, fostering strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships.

  • Campaign Strategy & Implementation:

Plan, develop, and execute innovative campaigns and promotions to boost the adoption, usage, and transaction volume of each payment method.

  • Revenue Generation:

Proactively identify, negotiate for, and secure incentive programs and marketing funds from payment partners to maximize company revenue and profitability.

  • Financial Analysis:

Conduct rigorous cost-benefit analysis and profit & loss (P&L) modeling for each payment partner and campaign. Monitor performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).

  • Strategic Insight:

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing our payment mix and partnership strategy.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.


Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B partnerships and successfully negotiating agreements or incentive structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, and interpreting data to make business decisions. High proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth.
