Job Description
KC International Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced General Affairs & HR Manager to lead the HR and GA functions for our Hong Kong headquarters, while also supporting our affiliated companies across Asia, China and Europe. We are looking for a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of navigating complex, fast-paced environments and managing group-wide initiatives.
You will oversee core HR operations, payroll, general affairs, corporate compliance, government relations, and cross-border support, ensuring smooth alignment between HQ and subsidiaries globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration (Local and Regional)
- Oversee full HR functions, including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, appraisal, leave administration and exit.
- Maintain and enforce internal personnel regulations and employee policies.
- Support subsidiaries in aligning HR policies and practices group wide.
2. Payroll, MPF & Benefits
- Manage payroll, MPF, tax and benefits.
- Assist subsidiaries with payroll alignment and statutory compliance.
3. General Affairs
- Oversee office admin, billings, facilities, asset tracking and vendor contracts to ensure efficient office operations.
- Ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
4. Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Coordinate statutory filings and board documentation with Company Secretary.
- Ensure HR/legal compliance in HK and across subsidiaries.
- Maintain and renew group-wide insurance policies, ensuring full compliance.
5. Cross-Border Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact between HQ and regional offices.
- Support communication, system rollouts, policy harmonization, and HR transformation initiatives.
6. Government Relations
- Handle correspondence with relevant authorities on employment, compliance, permits and audits.
- Stay abreast of changes in Hong Kong regulations, and advise subsidiaries as needed.
7. Ad-hoc Projects & Executive Support
- Manage ad-hoc and strategic assignments (e.g. audits, restructurings, M&As).
- Lead and support special projects as and when required.
- Provide admin/logistics support to visiting executives and/or HQ Teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR/GA roles, with regional or MNC exposure preferred.
- Strong command of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and understanding of international HR practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
- Highly self-driven, detailed-orientated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); Korean is a plus.
- Familiar with HRMS platforms, payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
