Job Description
Overseas all operation functions within the office to ensure a smooth and efficient operation system
- Oversea and perform operation function of the office includes IT, HR, Administration and Accounts
- Train, supervise and provide guidance to Administrator to provide all sort of Administration Support to the office
- Be the first contact for all business enquiries
- Prepare service proposal and follow through with clients for all queries
- Work with Director to handle all tender document
- Keep track of payment / contract status, initiate necessary action to ensure provided service corresponds to agreed contract terms
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Over 8 years working experience with at least 3 years in similar capacity
- Strong sense on service and co-operation, team player, self-motivated, independent
- Customer oriented attitude and problem solving mindset
- Good communication, good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
