PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency in warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role provides strategic direction while supervising the Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse functions, ensuring seamless execution of supply chain strategies, compliance, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the country-wide supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and operational efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, replenishment, and compliance with bonded warehouse regulations, particularly for duty-free products.
• Manage distribution operations across all Hong Kong and Macau stores, ensuring timely transport scheduling and smooth goods movement.
• Monitor and streamline import/export processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effective operations.
• Drive digitalization in supply chain management, leveraging ERP and data-driven analytics for inventory tracking, forecasting, and stock level adjustments.
• Establish governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices across all supply chain functions.
• Lead budget planning and financial control, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic resource allocation.
• Collaborate with global logistics teams and external partners, ensuring country-wide operations align with international standards.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the entire Supply Chain Logistics & Warehouse department

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory control, transportation, and warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance, including import/export licensing.
• Experience with ERP systems, AI-driven analytics, and warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Navision).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Strategic mindset, capable of driving process improvements and managing large-scale supply chain initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Fluent English and Chinese (Putonghua) – written and spoken; other languages would be an asset.
• Based in Hong Kong.
