Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated developer to join our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on Python. Experience in model architecture and a basic understanding of the stock market will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance trading systems and infrastructure
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to implement and optimize trading algorithms
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable and efficient code for real-time trading environments
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and deployment
• Maintain version control of your code using Git / GitHub
• Continuously improve system performance and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with model architecture and design
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles
• Basic Knowledge of the stock market and financial instruments is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in algorithmic trading of financial markets
• Knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, C, C++, PHP, Java and SQL
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
