Operation/Pricing Manager

About the role

ISCM HK LIMITED' is seeking an experienced Operation/Pricing Manager to join our team in Tsuen Wan, Tsuen Wan District. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the operations and pricing strategies within our Freight/Cargo Forwarding business unit.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and optimise the end-to-end freight and cargo forwarding operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability while remaining competitive in the market
• Analyse market trends, customer demand, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in freight/cargo forwarding operations or a similar logistics role
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
