· Performing front desk services internal & external customers;
· Providing customers with information on treatments, and other health-related matters;
· Assisting physiotherapists and related professionals treatments’ documentation and procedures;
· Following up with customers for their consultations and further supports;
· Maintaining accurate treatment records and documentation;
· Ad hoc supports as required.
Requirements
· Preferably Form 5 or higher, with at least 2 years experiences as front desk at physiotherapy center or medical center;
· Able to speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus;
· Must be organized, flexible, and able to multi-task, working both independently and as part of a team;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service;
· Computer literate and familiar with MS Windows and clinic software;
· Immediate available is highly preferred.
