Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • A leadership role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, team management, and hands-on client engagement competence
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of high-performance client development professionals to build and maintain a strong international tenant base for the Park
  • Develop and execute territory and promotion strategies to acquire new tenants from local, mainland and overseas, through both direct engagement and channels
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers of prospect tenants, delivering value-based proposals tailored to their needs
  • Lobby and facilitate communication among key decision-makers in tenant organizations to drive actions and close deals
  • Oversee the sales pipeline of the team and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
  • Coordinate and optimize the utilization of team resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, admission, operations) to develop solution options and compelling proposals to prospect tenants
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behaviors to identify growth opportunities
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the team
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales pipeline, and territory and sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or above degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong sales-driven mindset and expertise in consultative selling techniques
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed, with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing, proactive, and adept at building relationships, with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
