Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Tender Analysis & Bidding Management: Oversee tender analysis and bidding processes, ensuring the quality of tender documents, material extraction, and pricing strategies.
2.Pre- & Post-Contract Quality Services: Handle all contract-related quality services, including cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and budget control.
3.Contract Liaison: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
4.Quality Team Supervision: Lead the quality team in daily operations, such as payment applications, certifications, and subcontractor payments.
5.Contract Issue Resolution: Coordinate with the project management team to address contract-related issues, including time extensions, loss and/or expense claims, and terms & conditions.
6.Document Review & Compliance: Evaluate documentation to assess variations in value, subcontractor payments, and prepare subcontract liabilities.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or Architecture or a related field, with related experience working with main contractors/subcontractors in marine engineering projects.
2.Strong communication and leadership skills.
3.Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
4.Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
