We are seeking a well‑organised Administrator to keep our fabrication plant running smoothly day‑to‑day. You will handle general administration for the plant, act as the bridge with Head Office, and ensure our warehouse records and material usage are accurately maintained in the IT system.
Responsibilities:
· Handle general office administration at the Yuen Long fabrication plant, including arrange the office cleaning, manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services for the plant.
· Identify and report general facilities maintenance needs; coordinate with vendors to ensure timely follow‑up.
· Serve as the primary liaison between the plant and Head Office for administrative matters, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.
· Handle warehouse administration processes and uphold stock control procedures.
· Maintain accurate records in the IT system (e.g., material receipts/issues, stock movements); generate routine reports as needed.
· Operate the IT system for general material usage and support cycle counts/stock reconciliations.
· Support all travel arrangements and company car related issues, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
· Prepare basic reports, filing, and documentation to support financials, audits and compliance.
Requirements:
· Higher diploma holder or above
· At least 3 years of relevant experience
· Good organisational and multitasking skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency with office software and IT systems; comfortable working with inventory/warehouse modules (with training provided)
· Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
· Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
· Prior experience in plant/warehouse administration is an advantage
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A gratuity of 15% of the salary will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the contract. The incumbent will normally work five days a week. The initial employment contract spans 12 months and can be renewed with a longer tenure upon mutual agreement of the incumbent and MRDI.
