職位描述：

1. 市場調研與分析：負責所管理品類的市場容量分析/競對分析/消費者偏好分析等，並根據分析結果輸出品類規劃和策略建議。
2. 供應鏈拓展與搭建：負責開拓品牌供應商資源，主導供應商洽談。商務合作條件達成完成合作合同簽訂，並與供應商保持良好關係，穩定供應鏈。
3. 商品管理：負責品類的商品sku管理以及商品定價策略，提高高價值商品的占比和銷售轉化。
4. 合同與訂單管理：負責所簽合同的歸檔.續簽以及訂單。
5. 經營提升：對所負責品類制定庫存.周轉.殘次.滯銷等銷售提升策略，並跟蹤回顧。
6. 完成上級交辦的其他工作。

Responsibilities：

1. Market investigation and analysis: conduct category-specific research/ competitors analysis/ customers preference analysis, and output category planning and strategy based on the analysis results
2. Supply Chain Development: explore brand suppliers and mainly in charge of negotiation with suppliers, secure business contracts signed, and maintain good relationship and partnerships.
3. Product Management: Optimize SKUs, pricing, and high-value product mix.
4. Contract & Orders Management: in charge of archiving all signed contracts, contract-resign and order.
5. Operational upgrade: Manage stock inventory, turnover and clearance strategies as well as stock review.
6. Execute other assigned tasks.

任職要求：

1. 三年以上零售行業相關經驗，廠家業務或電器連鎖企業相關工作經歷更佳。
2. 熟悉分管品類商品的商品知識以及行業發展狀況、趨勢，具備良好的業務操盤能力。
3. 具備較強的溝通談判能力及組織協調能力。
4. 具備較強的抗壓能力、資料分析能力及管理能力。

Qualifications：

1. 3+ years in retail (manufacturer or electronics chain experience preferred).
2. In-depth product and industry knowledge, familiar with product category and industry trends and in good possession of business operation
3. Strong communication, negotiation and organizational coordination skills.
4. Strong stress tolerance, data analysis skill and management skill
