Job Highlights
- Provides a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support including but not limited to extensive business and personal matters
- Can work under pressure and overtime
- Manage day-to-day tasks and resolve issues
- Organize business, social activities & travel arrangements
- Prepares reports, correspondences, speech and presentation materials
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to CEO
- Support any other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the CEO - Project Management including business appointments, record management, travel arrangements, etc.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned
- Maintain and manage a long-lasting relationship with stakeholders and partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field
- 3 years working experience in serving senior management
- Flight attendant experience preferred
- Requires full time availability with flexible hours
- Excellent command of English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Travel is required
