Job Title: Sales Director (with Engineering Background)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Director with a strong engineering background to drive our sales strategy and expand our business with major global toy brands. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with an extensive network and a deep understanding of the toy industry's technical and commercial aspects.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
* Experience: A minimum of 20 years of proven engineering experience within the toy/ premium industry.
* Network: Established and strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading branded toy companies such as Mattel, Hasbro, Moose, Spin Master, MGA, Takara Tomy, Bandai, Ferrero, Mcdonald, Zuru, and similar.
* Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of product engineering principles, particularly as they relate to toy manufacturing (e.g., co-molding, figurines, RC toys).
* Business & Operations Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, cost quotation, operational processes, and international toy safety standards and regulations.
* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a sales team and manage key client relationships at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve significant revenue growth.
* Leverage your existing network to secure new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships with major global toy brands.
* Act as a key technical liaison between clients and our internal engineering and production teams, ensuring product feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
* Oversee the budgeting, costing, and quotation process for new projects.
* Ensure all product development and manufacturing adhere to relevant safety and quality regulations.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and fulfillment.
* Travel as required to meet with clients and visit company factories.
