Job Description:
- Provide a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, staff relations, payroll calculation, attendance, MPF administration, and other HR daily operations.
- Maintain employee records, personnel filing, and leave management
- Provide administrative support to the hospital including mailing & courier arrangement, maintenance of equipment, etc
- Assist in any ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and organizational skills, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
