Senior Training Officer

Requirement :

l Degree holder in HR Management/Training & Development or related disciplines

l At least 2 years relevant experience in retail industry

l Solid experience in conducting training program in customer service and selling skills is an advantage

l Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

l Mature, detail minded, initiative and able to work under pressure

Job Duties:

l Identify training needs, implement & deliver training programs such as company orientation, product knowledge, customer service and VM training to retail staff

l Design, develop, review and enhance the training materials

l Monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of training program periodically
