1. Building Services Manager (Property Management Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & Business Development

  • Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new projects and expand market share within the property management sector.

• Project & Operational Management

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects in compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and client expectations.

• Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

• Client Relationship & Service Excellence

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key property management clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for value-added services, such as energy efficiency solutions and smart building technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in building services or MEP projects, with proven exposure to property management clients.

• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations and relevant codes of practice.
• Demonstrated experience in tendering, project management, and client engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., MHKIE, CEng) will be an advantage.
