Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for following up customers accounts independently, problem-solving, interactions with factories
- Conduct quotation comparison, price negotiation and material cost calculation
- Work closely with internal deparments (QA, Engineering, Production, Sourcing etc.)
- Follow up on critical path from quotation to shipment
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
- Travel to China or Overseas factory is required
Requirement:
- Degree holder or HKCEE/DSE with relevant experience also welcome
- Candidate with at least 5 years or above in Customer Service in manufacturing, experience in printing industry is preferred
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work independently and under tight schedule
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good command of Chinese and English
