With offices at Hong Kong, mainland and Thailand, we are a long-established manufacturer of power cords, transformers, EV cables and related products supplying oversea customers.  We are now seeking a competent Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Managerto further expand our market.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Proactively identify and solicit prospects.
• Successfully on-board new customers.
• Maintain close relationships with existing customers with the aim of growing our wallet share.
• Manage customer risks by adopting effective KYC measures, including in-depth understanding of their business and up-to-date industry trends.
• Propose new product initiatives according to customer needs and latest market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant sales experience in manufacturing and/or international trade.
• Lesser experience candidates may be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
• Expertise in the sales of power cords, transformers, EV cables and related products is a definite advantage.
• Higher proficiency in spoken & written English is a marked benefit.
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Solid sales records.
• University graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Mature and responsible.
• Good team player.
• Proficient PC skills in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Based in Hong Kong and mainland offices, with occasional need to travel to other locations.

• Base salary plus performance-based commission
