Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager as and when needed
• Coordinate the in-house project team (designers, engineers, procurement, production, site personnel) for the assigned contract
• Coordinate with the clients (project manager, architects, engineers, consultants, main contractor), to ascertain contract time, cost and quality objectives, and organize project resources accordingly
• Review and understand the contract documents (trade contract, scope drawings, specification, exhibits, bid pricing and clarifications)
• Review and prepare pricing and purchasing of materials, equipment and sub-contracts, ensuring that both budgetary and specified contractual cost, time and quality requirements are met.
• Attend and take meeting minutes at all required external and internal meetings
• Prepare and submit all required internal and external contract reports and relevant submissions
• Monitor suppliers and fabricators’ to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements

• Higher diploma or Post Graduate qualification in Construction, Mech. Eng., Project Management or other construction or production related subject.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in curtain wall, glass wall, or bespoke facade design/project execution
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Project
• Out spoken, willing to take challenge and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Engineer
