Job Summary :

• Prepare and package samples for international shipping.
• Create orders using the ERP system.

·    Arrange and manage documentation tasks.

·    Supporting the merchandiser in daily operations

·    Following up on orders to ensure timely delivery and availability of merchandise.

-        Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries

Responsibilities:

Education:At least Form 6 or above, including fresh graduates.

Skills:Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Interpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Work Style: Able to work independently and efficiently.

Attributes:Hardworking, self-motivated, gritty, and responsible.

Availability:Immediate availability is preferable.
