Merchandiser (5 days work week)

Job highlights

Job description

• Prepare quotations, samples and orders follow up
• Product development
• Routine communication with factories and customers
• Assist in daily operational activities and provide support to the merchandising team memebers
• Product sourcing
• Visit trade fairs or suppliers in China when needed

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• Minimum 5 years merchandising or trading experience in one of the below areas:

  • Kitchenware / Houseware
  • Home Decoration / Home Textile
  • Stationery
  • Garden items / Outdoor Furniture
  • Tools / Garden tools / DIY items
  • Electronic items / Lighting
  • Sporting items
  • Toys / Pets item
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) & Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to handle multi- tasks and cope with deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, good communication skills and team work
• Experience in European Market & supermarket customer will be an advantage
• Immediately available preferred
