We are committed to building practical and affordable robots for the most labor-intensive industries and driving digital transformation across traditional sectors to improve productivity and working environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office admin, purchasing, utilities, and vendor coordination.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding, CPF submission, and attendance records.
- Process import/export and shipping documents; coordinate with forwarders and customers.
- Prepare and submit COO applications via TradeNet.
- Assist factory operations with procurement and document filing.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in admin or operations (manufacturing industry is preferred).
- Familiar with TradeNet, COO, or customs documentation is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (for HQ communication).
- Independent, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
- Singaporean PR or Resident is preferred.
