Assistant Service Engineer/Service Engineer

Job Description:

• Arrange maintenance technicians to carry out repair work
• Monitor the progress of projects and ensure timely completion
• Remote technical support to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Handle customer complaints professionally and seeking satisfactory resolutions
• Prepare reports and documents such as maintenance records, photo reports, and work progress reports

• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  
  Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Configure and troubleshoot PLC hardware and software to keep systems running smoothly
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, mature, with a strong sense of teamwork
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is an advantage
