Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle all the inbound and outbound calls / emails for clients in call center setting and follow up the cases according to the procedures set
- Assist to handle complaints
- Maintain customer log in relative systems
- Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- Good customer service and communication skill
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to perform shift duties
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Immediate available would be an advantage
