Responsibilities:
-Report to the Director in charge for daily administrative affairs, scheduling, and organization.
-Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.
-Execute in project management meetings & events by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
-Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks, FMCG experience a plus
-Liaise with vendors and clients, providing professional customer service and projects in reportings.
-Managing day-to-day operations of an office.
-Maintaining and updating company databases and records.
- Communicating internally and externally via phone or email to relay information and handle queries.
Job Requirement:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
-Ready to learn or proven in organizational and time-management skill
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Photoshop, graphic design maneuver, art sense a plus
