Job Description
General duties of the Project Coordinator
Attend regular meetings and prepare site meeting agendas and submission forms. Liaise and coordinate with clients.
Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, consultants, clients, government, and utility parties;
Assist in monitoring and checking and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, schedules, and quality are up to standard;
Coordinate materials and shop drawing submissions.
Work independently with clients & subcontractors.
On-site coordination with client and work team is required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Applications
Good communication, Well-organized, self-driven, and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure with proactive attitude
Good spoken and written in English and Cantonese
Fresh graduate and less experience candidate are welcome to apply
Willing to learn shop drawings' software
Immediate availability is an advantage.
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
