Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of marketing communications plans and strategies; review and revamp the marketing tools / channels / web sites;
• To develop various online and offline marketing collaterals from conception, to graphics, to marketing and promotion guideline etc.
• Develop digital marketing and social media content calendar, integrate social media strategies with PR, digital and event campaigns align with brand objectives
• Support the execution of various online marketing initiatives and end-to end logistics including eDM, SMS, copywriting, social media brand marketing, interactive online campaign development, etc.
• Manage marketing campaign budget, oversee campaign executions and post-campaign evaluations
• Keep updating of industry awards, market information, competitors' activities; presentation templates update; consolidate market analysis and report for internal sharing
• Plan, execute and manage events including scheduling and resources management, logistics coordination, monitoring venue setup/tear down, onsite supervision, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 year of related practical experience
• Exposure to construction field is preferred;
• Knowledge on Design software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and customer driven, work independent and responsible
• Proficient in both spoken & written English and Chinese;
