Finance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations;
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
• Manage the consolidation of financial data from various entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure data integrity;
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy;
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance within the organization;
• Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and address any related issues;
• Coach and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent certification is required;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on financial reporting and consolidation. Regional exposures is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Proficiency in financial consolidation tools and systems;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• Good commands in Chinese and English are required;
• Business travel may be upon request.
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Accountant.
