Project Executive, Omni-channel Messaging (SaaS)

As part of Datawords Group headquartered in Paris, Whatsquare team is looking for a Project Assistant to join our team as a trusted adviser of omni-channel messaging solutions with a relentless focus on bringing value to our global clients. You will be dedicated to making our clients stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth with our digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the projects and sprints are completed within the defined scope, on-time, and within budget
• Coordinate with overseas entities, and partners to achieve project objectives and milestones
• Be expert of feasibilities and dependencies across multiple messaging channels, particularly for omni-channel and social commerce projects involving system integrations

• Assist preparation of project plans and documentations, employing industry-standard tools, to effectively monitor and track project progress
  Proactively manage changes to projects, including scope, schedule, and costs

• Anticipate and proactively resolve complex technical risks and issues
  Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Participate in pre-sales to proposal construction and presentation

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year technical project management, software development, or relevant internship working experience preferable within the realm of digital production
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / computer science / engineering and related disciplines
• Tech savvy, empowering you to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams across various domains
• Detail-minded, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take responsibility
• Excellent command of spoken Cantonese and English is a must
• Project experience in retail / luxury / fashion / beauty / hospitality industry is a plus
• Knowledge in Jira, ServiceNow, AWS, CRM, SQL, chatbot, and AR is a plus, but the capability of learning new skills fast is more important
