Job Description
Positions:
- Technical Support (Helpdesk)
- Diploma or above is preferred (F.5 graduate can apply Trainee)
Responsibilites:
- Provide telephone support to customer
- Provide basic technical email support to client
- Monitor and Maintain Server
Requirements:
- Willing to learn
- Computer knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferable
- On-the-job training will be provided for less experienced candidates
- Fresh graduates are welcome
