Job vancany: Accounting & Administration Assistant / Officer

Responsibilities:
Perform general accounting duties, administration, and the ordinary routine of office work including facility management and daily supplies etc. Fieldwork is required if necessary.

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above or Diploma in Accounting/LCCI Level II, or equivalent;
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration;
• Proficient in computer skills, including productivity and accounting software; experience with Dynamic Accounting System is a plus. Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing is required;
• Self-motivated, conscientious, positive, loyal, reliable, diligent, courteous, and responsible;
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for art administration;
• Basic proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in both languages is an advantage;
• Willingness to undertake additional ad hoc assignments as needed
