Director / Associate Director / Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

• Handle withthe sale and purchase of whole block properties and redevelopment sites.

• Write property particulars, letters of offer and marketing proposals.
• Maintain and update the information of property listings.
• Liaise the potential clients including developers, listed companies, fund companies and investors.
• Have a strong personal client base and able to create business income.

Requirements :

• Must have a valid estate agent's licence or salesperson's licence
• Member of HKIS and RICS preferably, but not a must.
• University graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in industrial, commercial or retail properties, preferably have a track record.
• Responsible, hardworking and excellent inter-personal & communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
