Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative works
- Handle quotations, invoices and completion report
- Hands-on experience in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Provide all-rounded support for the leaders including business and personal matters
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as required
- Occasionally outdoor works is required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is highly preferred
- Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently
- Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule
- Immediate available is highly preferred
