Job Description
Duties:
- Provide all-round administrative and secretarial support to Director/Senior Management
- Handle calendar management and travel logistics arrangement
- Work and communicate closely with driver
- Maintain an efficient administrative and filing system
- Assist to organizing company events and office procurement
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent, with formal secretarial training would be an advantage
- 3 years or above of relevant working experience
- Familiar with MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Excellent team player with strong motivation, proactive, able to work in fast paced, tight deadlines and results-driven environment
- Immediate available would be an advantage
