· Provide daily sales and administrative support to the marketing team
· Prepare quotation, sales contract and invoice
· Follow up with clients for design layout
· Assist the team to monitor job status
· Handle customer enquiries
· Co-ordinate and liaise with internal departments and external parties
· Prepare reports and update client list
· Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Able to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly organized, independent and self-motivated
· Ability to multi-task and work effectively under stressful conditions
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
· Willingness to engage with customers
· 1 year of sales experience is an advantage
