Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Support daily sales operations, including the preparing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, sales report etc in ERP system
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties for logistic arrangement
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
